Most of our body’s cavities and main organs are surrounded by mesothelial cells. These cells line are lungs, heart, and abdominal cavity and provide a protective layer. This layer is called the mesothelium. Two layers comprised mesothelium and the job of the mesothelium is to produce fluid that assists our organs to move. (more…)
